Einsiedeln Abbey Stables

At the heart of Einsiedeln in Switzerland is the glorious Benedictine Abbey founded by St. Meinrad in the 10th century.  Part of its economic endowment is its impressive horse stables.

Mont Saint Michel

As a teenager, I have always dreamt of one day visiting this abbey.  It conjured in my young imagination then, a place of mystery.  The opportunity came six years ago on a pilgrimage/tour of France and what a marvellous place it was!  A place I would love to visit again one day.
